• 2-1-2010 - This is a return hunt for our family - and once again it was great. The hunting is second to none and the new lodge is outstanding. It is a perfect place to relax after a long day in the field. Jerry and Laurie you make a great team - Jerry your guiding service is invaluable, and Laurie your hospitality and incredible meals assures everyone has a great time both in the field and in the lodge and cabins. • 3-30-2009 - Sand Wells Outdoors hosted a skeet shoot/ Bird Hunt for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Haskell, Seward, & Stevens Counties 2-8-09 The littles, mentors, and staff had a wonderful time and are still talking about that great opportunity. Jerry & Laurie opened up their land and hearts to helping our youth being more involved with the outdoors. Sand Wells Outdoors is intrumental in the success our our Pass It On Program and have made an incredible impact on the lives of our LITTLES! Thank you and we look forward to doing it again.

• 1-31-2009 - Jerry and Laurie - Everything about our hunt was great. The habitat was incredible and everyone of our group enjoyed some of the best wild bird hunting in the U.S. This is far from a released bird hunt - Sandwell's does a phenomenal job of maintaining habitat for wild birds. • 1-27-2009 - What a great place to introduce young, novice hunters to the exciting sport of bird hunting! Our group (from Kansas, Arizona and Colorado) included a grandpa, sons, grandsons, uncles and nephews; and was centered around providing a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience. It was hugely successful on all accounts. Your excellent accommodations and food, coupled with your warm hospitality and attention to detail made for a special experience for all of us; and we will relive these good times over many future pheasant feasts! • 1-26-2009 - Guided wild pheasant hunting doesn't get any better! Jerry is a class act, the cabins were very confortable with Laurie's added touch of class and the bird hunting was second to none. My 12-year old son will remember this trip forever.

• 1-20-2009 - WOW. What a great time. We were on a late 2009 Pheasant hunt but we did very well. Lots of birds. The food and lodging are top notch. If you are going to SW Kansas this is the place. They made us feel like we were part of the family. Thanks Jerry, Laurie and we can't forget "WN" for the great experience. We will be back.

  In over thirty years of guiding hunters across North America I truly have never experienced better wild bird habitat than the Hulls have created at Sand Wells Outdoors. With over 15,000 acres of CRP, native grass, corn, and milo to hunt, gunners and their dogs could not find a better hunt anywhere in the country. The grounds are ideally managed for a hunter with a dog and this hunt is a true wild bird experience. The guides and the staff at Sand Wells Outdoors are exceptional.
